What is a good Bollywood/dance work out video? I am looking for a work out video (dvd).
What is a good one for starters? I would like something that applies dance moves to a work out for beginers.
Here's a bunch of bollywood/indian dance workout videos I've not tried them all but the ones I have tried have been a good workout. I can't vouch for how good they are in terms of bollywood or indian dance as I'm a middle eastern dancer and just used them for a good workout and to try something new. Please note that not all of the links could be actively linked because Yahoo limit's the number of links per post to 10 so after that you will just have to cut and paste to follow links.
