How can I get my hall of fame dance video onto youtube?

I bought my studios dances from Hall of Fame and I have them all on a dvd. I was wondering how I could get those videos onto youtube?
well first you have to copy the file onto your desk top. once youve done that, you make a youtube account,(if you dont already have one) and you should know where to go from there. theres a button that says upload videos, just click on it and find the vid in your desk top
like the pussycat dolls dance in their videos and like i can copy that to practice for dance. well, what are some good music videos that can also help with this!
btw it doesnt matter what style of music 
try checking out http://www.jiggystudio.com its a site that has a bunch of dance clips along with some music videos. Might be a little bit better since its more filtered down to dancing versus searching on youtube
