I saw this totally cool belly- type dance aerobics video for women on VH1 Sunday morning. It looked hip and fun and everything I want. I have not seen the commerical since, and i so want to order it. Does anyone know the name?
Eep! Do you remember anything else about the video? Most of the DVD teachers out there have at least one “bellydance fitness” based video. I think the most common ones are:
Suhaila Salimpour (if it was a single very pretty dark haired lady it could have been hers)

After watching 'So you think you can dance', and 'Dancing with the Stars' I'm inspired to learn how to dance ….all of it. Any great videos to order online that actually are easy to follow and really teach you how to be a better dancer?

they totally have a dancing with the stars like dance work out dvd where they teach you steps and all that jazz.
you can get this at target.
they have lots of others stuff too.

It’s safe to ume that Beyonce’s portrayal of Etta James in the retro film Cadillac Records did not impress the legendary soul singer.
The 71-year-old pioneer, who rose to fame in 1950s, recently made it clear that she was not a fan of the self-proclaimed diva whose third solo album I Am…Sasha Fierce is the #3 album in the country.
Before performing “At Last” at Seattle’s Paramount Theatre last Wednesday, James complained about Beyonce singing the song for President Obama and wife Michelle’s first dance.
“You know that woman he had singing for him, singing my song, she’s going to get her a– whipped,” Etta said to a thunderous applause. She went on to add that she could not “stand” Beyonce.
Some dismiss James’ anger as jealously, saying that she is only upset because she was not invited to perform the song herself.

I’m in grade 9 and there’s a dance at my school coming up and I know ALMOST no dance moves. I’m talking about dance moves to songs like Katy Perry – Hot & Cold, Kevin Rudolph – Let it Rock (The D.J’s are from VIBE 98.5). Also, please make it basic dance steps, I want to be able to freestyle.
honestly just try and practice and go with the beat, nothing is worse if you dance and a guy/girl dances offbeat…looks bad. Your dance can even be goofy as long as it goes with the beat
