I want to find a GOOD hip hop workout video, but I can’t seem to find any. Anyone know of one?
go to youtube, it has everything. But be specific in what you want, like if you just type "hip hop dance tutorials" you’ll get a lot of shit. So be sure in what you want, like windmills, 6 steps, C walk etc. Also get someone to workout of practise with you, it helps a lot in correcting your errors when you know where you’re making the mistakes

I want to work out and get good cardio in. I like contemporary and hip hop dance. I am open to other dance styles. I am looking for something current and not out dated. You guys tried anything you like? I am a beginner, so I would like to start on my level.
‘Flashing Lights’ by Kanye West would be a good dance video to work out to. : ]
